2.1 Program Registration

  • Cancellation Before Program Start:
    • If you cancel your registration at least 3 day before the program start date, you will be eligible for a refund.
    • A administrative fee will be deducted.
  • Cancellation Within 3 days of Program Start:
    • Refunds are not available for cancellations made within this period.

2.2 Webinar Registration

  • Webinar registration fees are non-refundable, as the content is delivered live or via on-demand sessions accessible upon registration.

2.3 Exceptional Circumstances

  • Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional cases such as:
    • Technical issues preventing access to the program (verified by our team).
    • Medical emergencies with supporting documentation.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

3.1. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Failure to attend or complete the program/webinar.
  • Dissatisfaction with the content unless it significantly deviates from the advertised material.
  • Technical difficulties arising from the participant’s side (e.g., poor internet connectivity).

3.2. Materials and access already provided are non-refundable.

4. Program Changes and Cancellations

4.1. If we cancel or reschedule the program/webinar, participants will have the option to:

  • Attend the rescheduled session.
  • Receive a full refund of the registration fee.
